Unwind

Creepy, right?  The whole idea of this book had me so creeped out I picked it up and opened the first few pages as if I might suddenly turn one of those pages and find it covered in slime.  Not really, but it did disturb me to fascinating levels...so I read.  This book had me making guesses left and right only to guess again chapters later.  It was twisty and turny and weird, but loaded with interesting characters and tons of suspense.
